WGP 2021 Restriction List Update

These changes come into effect for all tournaments dated Dec. 13 2021 or later. To clarify, the date of a tournament is the date that tournament begins according to that tournament's local time. A tournament starting Dec. 12 11 PM MST is Dec. 12, regardless of the actual date and time at either HotC in NY or in Japan.
Haruhi:
World with Faded Colors (SY/W08-071) no longer banned, now "up to 1 copy allowed"
Idolmaster Cinderella Girls:
All restrictions lifted
Crayon Shin-chan:
All restrictions lifted
Monogatari series:
All restrictions lifted
Love Live! Sunshine!!:
"Aozora Jumping Heart" Mari Ohara (LSS/W45-068, LSS/W45-068SP)
removed from 4 choose 1 (existing 4 choose 1 becomes 3 choose 1)
Fate:
Good Friends Trio( FS/S03-094) removed from 5 choose 1 (existing 5 choose 1 becomes 4 choose 1)
Date A Live:
A: "Worst Spirit" Kurumi (DAL/W79-053, DAL/W79-053SEC) removed from 3 choose 1, now "up to 2 copies allowed"
B: Existing 3 choose 1 becomes 4 choose 1 with the following changes:
- "Worst Spirit" Kurumi removed (as listed above)
